"I visited lian at the thought lounge to see if he could do anything about my serious fear of flying. My fear of flying was so bad I could never have imagined flying again but with my sister getting married abroad next year I really wanted to be there so I thought booking a short flight of 2 and half hours and seeing the thought lounge would be worth a go. Myself I cannot believe on how good it actually was lian was amazing so calming and actually made me understand that my fear was something I have made myself rather than from a bad experience he said that he would be able to help me in one session I didnt think much of it and thought it must be worth a go with my hopes up. I then went for a session that actually only took about a hour the experience was very easy calm and tbh you wouldnt have known I was there long. Once I then got to the airport I was myself abit nervous but then I got onto the plane and I couldn't believe it i just didnt have the fear that i had before it was so weird to think that as simple as that the fear wasn't there as the plane journey went I was able to stand up go to the toilet and I didn't just think the flight was okay I actually really enjoyed it, it was part of the holiday beforehand I wasn't even able to lift my head out between my legs not even to see the chair infront of me I just couldn't believe it. I couldn't recommend lian at the thought lounge any more and he has simply changed my life by me now able to fly anywhere in the world I thank him and also recommend anyone to just go there it seriously works and it is one of the best thing I have done."

"I went to Iain for hypnotherapy for an intense specific phobia of an insect. This phobia has controlled my life for as long as I can remember and caused panic attacks at the thought of even seeing one.
After one two hour session with Iain, the hypnosis has truly changed my life. I cannot explain the feeling of freedom I experienced at the end of those two hours. If you are considering hypnosis, absolutely go for it. It is life-changing and not at all traumatising!
Thank you Iain!!"
